📌Responsibilities: — Interaction with the client/representatives of related structures and interested parties for analyzing bank business processes (business analysis) and creating new processes / designing changes to current processes, namely:

• model as is and to be processes (BPMN2.0 notation)
• identify and eliminate contradictions in business requirements, incompleteness and ambiguity of requirements;
• identify weaknesses and possible risks in business processes;
• assess proposed change options from the perspective of operational efficiency and interaction of system services or software;
• assess the impact of possible changes on system quality and the interests of stakeholders and departments; — Participation in the development of system and architectural solutions based on prepared process models.

🔺Requirements: — **Mandatory **- experience working in banks in the positions of business analyst / process analyst for at least 2 years — **Mandatory **- experience working on «Digital Ruble» projects — Work experience of 3+ years in BA for middle+ level, 5+ years for senior level — Experience in process modeling in BPMN 2.0 notation
