Senior Business Analyst | Top-3 Bank Project | Remote

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an outstaff team on a long-term project for a top-3 bank.

Project: Development of an automated accounting system for cryptoassets.

Conditions: — remote work — full workload, 40 hours per week — long-term project — hourly rate: 1,283.45 ₽ gross (approximately 222,465 ₽ gross per month) — monthly payment — payment deferral — 25 working days after the reporting month — employment only through an individual entrepreneur or self-employed status — location: Russian Federation — citizenship: Russian Federation

Tasks: — collection and analysis of requirements for the cryptoasset accounting system functionality — formalization of business requirements for new accounting functions — preparation of internal regulatory documents — coordination of business processes with bank departments — design of the logical business architecture — description of processes for reflecting transactions in accounting systems — automation of reconciliations — maintenance of analytical documentation — support for development and testing — participation in functional acceptance

Mandatory Requirements: — higher education — from 5 years of experience in business analysis — understanding of financial market products — understanding of financial accounting principles — experience with payment systems, fintech, or crypto products — knowledge of the transaction lifecycle — understanding of reconciliation principles — experience in creating solution prototypes and user interfaces — experience in applying AI tools in work — experience in analyzing and modeling business processes: BPMN, ARIS, UML
