Experience in mobile banking will be an advantage. Experience in AI Products: Mandatory launch of an AI product (chatbot, virtual assistant) in a mobile application. Experience in mobile banking or fintech is desirable. Knowledge of AI Scenarios: Understanding of classification, information extraction, summarization, text generation, and AI agents. Ability to translate a business task into an AI solution. AI Architecture: Knowledge of LLM structure, ML principles, and AI assistant architecture at the business/system analyst level. Task Definition: Ability to formalize AI-specific requirements (including AI security) and translate business requirements into tasks for ML engineers and data scientists. Metrics and KPIs: Ability to define AI solution effectiveness indicators and participate in model acceptance. Prompt Engineering: Skills in formulating and testing prompts as part of functional requirements. Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, work decomposition, documentation development (BPMN, UML, User Stories), participation in testing and acceptance. Communication: Strong English skills (from B2) — documentation and communication with partners in English. Ability to explain complex technical ideas to stakeholders without jargon. ** Will be a plus:** Experience working in an international company and knowledge of MENA/UAE market specifics. Experience with AI features in financial analytics. Presentation and meeting facilitation skills with multidisciplinary teams (compliance, fraud monitoring). Understanding of systems thinking principles and expertise in BKS technologies.
