We have an opening for a Business Analyst (AI) in a cooperation format under an Individual Entrepreneur contract. Responsibilities include business process analysis and drafting technical specifications for AI automation.

Remote work format + business trips to the client's site (within the Russian Federation). Projects involve an investment fund, a network of medical clinics, and others.

• 2–3 years of experience as a business or system analyst
• Ability to describe processes (BPMN, UML, or similar approaches)
• Basic understanding of AI/LLM (what AI agents can and cannot do, where their application is justified)
• Experience implementing AI solutions or participating in similar projects
• Knowledge of RPA platforms (e.g., Primo, UiPath, etc.)
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
