Candidates for this position are people who have:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, process modeling, and software engineering.
• Experience in projects for the public sector.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Enterprise Architect, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Fluent in Polish with strong analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in public sector projects.
• Experience as a business-system analyst.
