This is an outstaff company that works with the largest companies in Europe. Therefore, cool English at C1 level is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead communication with the client on all business analysis issues, conduct market and competitor research.
2. Identify growth points and optimization areas for the client's business processes, work through use cases, and form the 'as is'/'to be' state of the project result.
3. Demonstrate expertise – explain to the client which solutions are needed, which are not, and why.
4. Collect and clarify business requirements, define key metrics and indicators, form a detailed, transparent, and prioritized backlog, and act as the backlog owner throughout the entire project.
5. Translate business tasks into structured technical and functional requirements, and create technical specifications for the team.
6. Work with the team to clarify requirements and maintain a common understanding of tasks.
7. Manage new requirements during the project – collect new requirements, analyze, and re-evaluate them.
8. Participate in acceptance testing and verify functionality against requirements.
9. Together with the Head of Delivery, develop, implement, control, and improve business/system analysis processes at the department level.

Requirements:

1. Confident experience in a similar position for 3+ years.
2. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the processes of outsource teams.
3. Ability to structure information and work with uncertainty.
4. Strong communication skills, ability to ask the right questions. Ability to argue: explain to the client the benefits of certain solutions.
5. Experience in preparing technical specifications, user stories, diagrams, charts (perfect knowledge of one of the business process description notations (EPC, BPMN, UML) and proficiency in visualization tools (Miro, Figma, draw.io), documentation.
6. Understanding of SQL architecture, ability to form simple queries.
7. Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence.
8. Focus on quality, proactivity, initiative, sense of responsibility.
