Requirements: 1.5–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Methodologist, or Technical Writer. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, BPMN 2.0, UML, and modeling tools (draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, Business Studio). Understanding of business process modeling principles, BPM CBOK, and BPMN Method and Style. Analytical and systemic thinking, ability to work with incomplete information and multiple projects simultaneously. Skills in adapting approaches to task context, communicating with stakeholders, and managing expectations. Advantage: experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.

**Location:**📍Remote (2 months), then relocation to Limassol (office).
