Vacancy: Middle Business Analyst Company: Tribe 📍Limassol office full-time
Main Task: • Act as a liaison between business departments and the IT team, helping to formalize requirements, model processes, and support the implementation of changes.
💼First tasks after onboarding: • Analysis and description of the current procurement process for goods and materials (G&M). • Preparation of AS IS process diagrams and development of optimization proposals (TO BE). • Formalization of requirements for subsequent automation of processes. • Participation in the preparation and updating of user documentation for the new Warehouse software version. • Preparation of instructions for users on new processes and functionality.
Requirements: • Must be in Cyprus • Experience in describing business processes (AS IS / TO BE), BPMN • Business Analyst experience of 2+ years • Experience in developing user documentation • Experience in automating internal company processes • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously • Confident work with analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML)
