Seeking a specialist who knows how to improve internal business processes and bring changes to implementation.

What you will do:

— analyze AS-IS processes, identify bottlenecks, and design TO-BE; — gather requirements and prepare specifications for developers and the automation team; — create clear regulations, SOPs, and instructions; — launch pilots, train employees, and refine processes based on feedback; — negotiate with different departments and help teams adopt changes.

What is important:

— 3+ years in business analysis or process improvement; — experience in independently managing projects from analysis to implementation and evaluation of results; — ability to translate business needs into clear requirements; — active use of AI tools in work.

Will be a plus: experience in FinTech, payments, or iGaming, basic knowledge of SQL and programming.
