Required:
- Middle level (experience as a business analyst for at least 3 years)
- Experience with functional areas of sales, logistics, production, supply chain management.
- Skills and experience with systems for receiving sales orders and planning them in the metallurgical industry
- Experience in describing business processes (proficient in BPMN notation), business process modeling, describing AS IS and TO BE processes, participation in optimizing customer business processes to achieve target KPIs
- Documentation of requirements in the format: User Story, Use Case, CJM, Technical Specification
- Ability to build effective communication with business customers of different levels and the IT team
- Experience working with Confluence and task trackers (Jira / Kaiten or others)
- Experience in forming detailed functional and non-functional requirements for the implementation of changes and/or automation of complex processes.
