💎 OTR is looking for a Fullstack Analyst to work on a project that helps government structure users in their daily work: tasks include collecting and structuring requirements, identifying the real needs of the customer, preparing project documentation (memos, research, business and system specifications), modeling processes in BPMN and ERD, interacting with the team and the customer, managing tasks in Jira and updating knowledge in wiki, participating in the support and development of the project within the Agile methodology.

🧩 Requirements: 3–6 years of experience, ability to clearly communicate information and correctly formulate questions, punctuality and adherence to SLA, public speaking skills, proficiency in BPMN as a modeling standard, experience in collecting and structuring requirements, understanding of system implementation, ability to write simple SQL queries, confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, Jira, Figma (or equivalent); experience with Google Docs, draw.io, MindMup will be a plus; experience working with the Agile methodology is mandatory.
