Fullstack Analyst at StecPoint

We are looking for a Fullstack Analyst to attract for outsourcing projects and pre-sales activities.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- analyzing and formalizing customer requirements, turning them into clear functional and non-functional specifications;
- conducting workshops and interviews with clients to identify hidden needs and detailed elaboration of business processes (BPMN, UML);
- consulting designers in UI/UX solutions, working out customer journeys considering modern best practices;
- working with data: designing a PostgreSQL database using UML notation;
- designing integrations and architectural solutions (REST, GraphQL, microservices), documenting APIs (Swagger);
- participating in Agile/Scrum processes, managing requirements and risks, coordinating the development team's work;
- actively interacting with clients, participating in pre-sales, and supporting the company's current projects.
Requirements
What is important to us in the candidate's experience:
- at least 3 years of experience in analytics (in IT), fullstack, or with a technical background;
- confident proficiency in JIRA and Confluence;
- experience in business process analysis and requirement formalization (functional, non-functional, business requirements);
- proficiency in modeling methodologies (BPMN, UML), documentation skills (specifications, diagrams);
- experience in designing PostgreSQL using UML notation, knowledge of SQL;
- understanding of architectural approaches (monolith, microservices), integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message brokers), experience with APIs and Swagger;
- knowledge of principles for designing high-load systems, network technologies, authorization/authentication (Keycloak is a plus);
- knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and understanding of project lifecycles;
- basic UI/UX knowledge: interface design principles, typical elements, understanding of customer journeys, ability to create system interface mockups;
- excellent communication skills - ability to speak the language of clients and developers.
