The Mr Bit team is looking for a Business/Systems Analyst (60% BA / 40% SA) who can untangle complex chaos from business stakeholders, find the essence, and transform it into clear epics and system specifications for development.
📍 Location: outside of the Russian Federation
💻 Work format: full-time, remote
🎯 What you will do:
- Gather and validate requirements from PM, compliance, sales, and support; say "no" to features without a clear purpose.
- Prepare epics in Jira: hypotheses, metrics, business rules, negative scenarios, and decomposition into tasks (BE/FE/Mobile).
- Describe the system part: services, data sources, REST API (methods, error codes, idempotency), and integrations with external systems.
- Model processes and architecture: BPMN, sequence diagrams (draw.io / PlantUML), ER diagrams.
- Research the product: read code with AI assistants when documentation is outdated, write SQL queries (JOINs, aggregates) to DWH.
- Support features: groomings, QA test case reviews, acceptance testing, Confluence updates, and L3 support.
🛠 We expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a BA or SA in a product team.
- Hard Skills: BPMN, sequence diagrams, REST API, SQL (JOIN, aggregates), understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, events, and queues.
- Skills: willingness to break down 2-3 of your specifications during the interview, experience working with incomplete documentation.
➕ A plus would be: experience in iGaming / Fintech / Gambling, working with AI tools, mobile application releases and A/B tests, English B1+.
