System Analyst

System Analyst (Middle/Middle+)

Work Format: Remote (Moscow and Moscow Oblast) Conditions: Full-time employment, long-term project Salary: Up to 150,000 RUB

Main Tasks: ▫️Participation in product planning, design, and development. ▫️Analysis of business processes and modeling of target processes (TO BE). ▫️Collection, analysis, and formalization of business, functional, and non-functional requirements. ▫️Preparation of User Stories and Use Cases. ▫️Development of customer journeys and creation of user interface mockups. ▫️Design of integrations with adjacent services, including REST API. ▫️Analysis of adjacent service architecture and participation in architectural solution design. ▫️Development and coordination of technical documentation: technical design, functionality descriptions, architectural solutions, and working documentation. ▫️Design of data models and work with databases. ▫️Participation in testing and acceptance of new functionality, support for implementing changes in operational units.

Requirements: ▫️Experience in collecting and formalizing business and functional requirements. ▫️Ability to describe business processes in BPMN notation, including TO BE process modeling. ▫️Experience writing User Stories and Use Cases. ▫️Knowledge of UML for describing processes and states. ▫️Experience in defining non-functional requirements and integration points between systems. ▫️Experience in building conceptual, logical, and physical data models. ▫️Knowledge of SQL. ▫️Practical experience in database design. ▫️Understanding of service and microservice architecture. ▫️Understanding of principles of synchronous and asynchronous service interaction. ▫️Practical experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ. ▫️Knowledge of REST API and JSON format. ▫️Ability to read and analyze API documentation, understand message formats and API operating principles. ▫️Experience in designing integration interaction between systems. ▫️Swagger, Postman or similar, DBeaver or similar, Figma or similar, Camunda
