System Analyst

Responsibilities — Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; — Design technical solutions, APIs, integrations, and data models; — Decompose tasks for backend and frontend developers; — Interact with clients, users, and related teams; — Consult with developers and testers, participate in incident analysis; — Lead a team of analysts and coordinate their work.

Requirements — Experience in independently managing tasks from business requirements to release and managing analysts; — Skills in collecting and documenting requirements in Use Case, User Story, and Technical Specification formats; — Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and API testing tools; — Experience in designing REST API, Kafka integrations, and documenting OpenAPI; — Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, SQL, and database modeling; — Understanding of microservice and monolithic architecture, API Gateway and BFF patterns.
