⚡️Mandatory Requirements
- Confirmed experience as an analyst for at least 3 years, including independent task management: from business requirements formation to release;
- Practical experience in retail and working with regulatory requirements: FGIS, traceability systems (including "Chestny Znak", SATURN, FGIS LK, "Argus FITO", FGIS "Seed Production", etc.), experience with one system is sufficient, traceability is a priority;
- Experience in designing integration solutions: REST integrations with OpenAPI specification, working with message brokers (Apache Kafka), SOAP integrations (including XSD schema design and working with XML required);
- Skills in gathering and formalizing requirements: conducting interviews, analyzing documentation and existing systems, оформление in the formats of use cases, user stories, technical specifications;
- Proficiency in modeling notations: UML (Use Case, Sequence), BPMN (at an analytical level), C4 (architecture description);
- Data design skills: modeling ER diagrams for PostgreSQL, writing SQL scripts for typical tasks;
- Knowledge of tools for testing and analyzing integrations: Postman, SoapUI, Altair, Conductor, Offset Explorer, or similar;
- Practical testing experience: functional, acceptance, end-to-end testing, checking service interaction via Kafka, user interface testing;
- Ability to define readiness criteria: forming DOR and DOD for tasks, enhancements, and products;
- Presentation skills: preparing and conducting functional demonstrations, presenting project statuses and work results.

- Gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements (functional and non-functional) for systems;

- Interacting with related teams within cross-team projects;
- Designing data models in accordance with the assigned task;
- Consulting teams on issues arising during development and testing phases;
- Describing business processes in "AS IS" and "TO BE" models;
- Conducting GAP analysis;
- Participating in incident analysis, identifying causes and proposing solutions;
- Conducting demonstrations for stakeholders;
- Conducting training on system usage.
