Analyst (Middle)

Looking for an Analyst (Middle) Salary: up to 150,000 rubles End client: Large bank Location: Russia Format: Remote

❗Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as an analyst. Higher education: technical, mathematical, economic, or IT-related field. Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements. Proficient in BPMN 2.0. Knowledge of UML: sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, use case diagrams. Experience writing User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria. Knowledge of BDD is a plus. Understanding of client-server architecture and frontend/backend interaction principles. Experience designing REST APIs, understanding SOAP, JSON, XML. Knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML). Experience in data model design and ERD construction. Understanding of microservice architecture principles and integration interaction. Experience in preparing technical specifications, project documentation, and requirements specifications (SRS/BRD). Experience working with Confluence and Jira.

Would be a plus Experience working with government clients and GOST documentation. Knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, or scripts for data validation. Experience with BI systems (Polymatica, Grafana). Knowledge of non-relational databases. Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum. Experience with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ. Prototyping skills in Figma, Axure.

Tasks: Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements, identify client needs and constraints. Model business processes in BPMN/UML, describe User Stories, Use Cases, and acceptance criteria. Design REST/SOAP APIs and integrations, describe JSON/XML contracts, OpenAPI/Swagger. Participate in the design of architecture, data models, and ER diagrams, work with SQL. Develop technical specifications, technical requirements, project documentation, and other project documentation. Assign tasks to developers and advise the team on requirements. Coordinate solutions with the client, conduct demonstrations, and participate in acceptance. Develop functional testing scenarios and control the implementation's compliance with requirements. Prepare user documentation and train the client on system usage.
