⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- System analysis experience of 5–6 years, of which at least 2–3 years in fintech or banking.
- Practical experience with SBP (Faster Payments System)
- Understanding of the regulatory framework
- Knowledge of anti-fraud protection principles and payment orchestration systems.
- Integration design: REST API, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, WSDL — confident creation and reading of specifications.
- Asynchronous exchange: Kafka, RabbitMQ
Data and process modeling: ER-models, UML (especially Sequence diagrams), BPMN, C4 for architectural context.
- Microservice architecture: understanding principles, limitations, and interaction patterns between services.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, Draw.io
- Decomposition of complex multi-component tasks into atomic technical requirements and user stories.
- Ability to describe payment scenarios: happy path, alternative flows (FAIL, TIMEOUT, REFUND), error handling.
- Independence: managing tasks from requirements gathering to production operation, without micromanagement.
