Location/Citizenship: RF. ⏳ 🚨 URGENT: Resume submission STRICTLY until 17:00 TODAY (10.22)! 🚨 📌 Important: candidates with an experience relevance of 85% or more are considered (outsourcing position). 🏢 About the project: implementation of receiving and transmitting tax (expense) documents through an electronic document management system (EDM) based on the MOST NRD platform. 🧩 About the role: we are looking for a mature system analyst who can not only design complex integrations and data models, but also take on elements of architectural design, as well as mentor and coordinate the work of the analyst team. 🚀 Key tasks: — Design of conceptual and logical ER data models. — Design of integration interactions (REST API, message queues). — Development of architectural solutions within a microservices architecture. — Writing high-quality, structured technical documentation. — Mentoring, conducting interviews, and onboarding less experienced analysts. — Planning and coordination of the analyst team's work. 🎯 Mandatory requirements (Hard Skills): — Experience as a system analyst from 4 years (of which more than 3 years in a similar position). — Confident use of REST API. — Practical experience with integrations via message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar). — Confident data modeling skills at all levels (including ER modeling: conceptual and logical level). — Understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of microservices architecture, practical experience with it. — Theoretical knowledge of at least 2 and practical experience in at least 1 type of "remote procedure call" integrations: GraphQL, WebSocket, RPC, gRPC. — Knowledge of at least 2 and practical proficiency in at least 1 modeling notation: UML, BPMN. — Knowledge of UI design patterns. 🤝 Soft Skills and Leadership Requirements: — Systemic and logical thinking. — Ability to write good, structured text and technical documentation. — Practical experience in mentoring, conducting interviews, and onboarding analysts. — Skills in planning and coordinating team work.
