System Analyst

☑️ Responsibilities -Research the existing system and restore actual AS-IS processes in conditions of incomplete or outdated documentation -Collect and correlate information from users, methodologists, and the development team with data from interfaces, databases, SQL, integrations, and system operation logs -Identify business domains, functional areas, business rules, and related process groups -Analyze dependencies between functional areas: common data, transactions, integrations, background processes, and entity sharing -Define data owners, master data sources, and data responsibility boundaries -Collaborate with the architect to develop options for functional system decomposition and the boundaries of allocated components -Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, functional and integration interactions -Formulate requirements for REST API, exchange formats, error handling, and other integration interactions

☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Experience in system or business-system analysis of complex corporate information systems -Experience in independent system research under conditions of incomplete or absent documentation -Ability to restore actual business processes based on a combination of interviews, data, integrations, and system behavior -Proficient in SQL for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and investigation of existing logic -Understanding of relational data models, entity relationships, data lifecycle, and data ownership -Experience in analyzing integrations and understanding REST API, JSON, XML, integration contracts, and error handling -Ability to model business processes and system interactions using BPMN and UML -Ability to analyze business domains, functional dependencies, and propose justified decomposition options -Ability to identify business rules, exceptions, hidden dependencies, and reasons for the existence of historically established logic -Ability to work with incomplete and contradictory information -Experience in modernization, refactoring, or decomposition of large monolithic systems -Practical experience applying DDD in the analysis of business domains and functional boundaries -Experience in migration projects, import substitution, or technological modernization -Experience working with financial, banking, depository, or other highly regulated systems -Understanding of depository accounting, securities lifecycle, corporate actions, and KYC -Understanding of financial data exchange standards ISO 20022, FIX, SWIFT
