🔎 System Analyst | Banking / FinTech We are looking for a System Analyst for a project to develop banking products and services for individuals — the "Accounts and Deposits" direction. 🔥 MANDATORY: experience working in a bank and/or FinTech projects.
🔹 What you will be doing Participate in the development and enhancement of banking products for individuals. Work with the accounts and deposits direction. Interact with customers, developers, and testers within a Scrum team. Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements. Prepare Technical Specifications, expanded Business Requirements, instructions, and other technical documentation. Design integrations with internal and external systems. Describe system interactions using REST / SOAP. Support implemented functionality and consult project participants. Analyze business processes and formulate requirements for their automation. Participate in the design and migration of functionality from monolith to microservices. 🔥 What is required 3+ years of experience in system/business analysis. Experience working in a bank and/or FinTech — MANDATORY. Completed higher education. Experience preparing Technical Specifications and expanded business requirements. Practical experience in designing REST / SOAP integrations. Proficient work with JSON. Understanding of microservice architecture. Experience designing services and migrating functionality from monolith to microservices. Knowledge of BPMN / UML. SQL at the level of simple queries + understanding of database design basics. Experience in UI design. Understanding of banking products, business processes, and their accounting principles. ⭐️ Will be a plus Knowledge of the "Loyalty Programs" product. Experience with banking products for individuals. Experience in accounts / deposits areas. Experience in Scrum teams. 🎯 Ideal Profile A System Analyst with experience in banking or FinTech, who has a good understanding of the banking subject area and can work at the intersection of business, architecture, and development — from analyzing processes and requirements to designing integrations and supporting implementation.
