Vacancy: Senior/Middle System Analyst Company: Zontik Location: Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Saint Petersburg, Samara Work format: remote (but first month onboarding in office) Employment: full time Salary: According to Labor Code up to 180k gross or via sole proprietorship up to 240k gross

Key Requirements:

1. Mandatory knowledge and experience in consumer lending (from application submission to loan repayment) for development.
2. Over 5 years of experience in compiling technical specifications, extended BTs, instructions, etc.
3. Ability to analyze business processes, clearly and structurally formulate requirements for their automation
4. Knowledge and understanding of banking processes, both in terms of product services and accounting principles (i.e., banking experience)
5. Knowledge of business process modeling notations: BPMN/UML
6. Knowledge of principles and methods for designing information exchange, understanding integration processes
7. Experience describing integration interactions (SOAP /REST)
8. Understanding of JSON, XML/XSD structures
9. UI design experience
10. Knowledge of SQL, basic database design
11. Understanding and experience working with microservice architecture, service design
12. Experience migrating functionality from monolith to microservices

Responsibilities: · collection, analysis, formation, and approval of requirements (technical specifications, User stories, etc.) · process modeling · effort estimation · compilation of work plans · task assignment to developers and adjacent departments · preparation of technical documentation · acceptance of work results · participation in the formation and maintenance of the department's overall "information space" (in Confluence) · work with incidents and user requests. · Mentoring project team members.
