⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Work experience from 2 years
- Experience in designing backend services, Experience with PBX (Oktell, Avaya, etc.), Experience with Telegram Bot API, MAX API, Knowledge of BPMN, REST, SOAP
- Experience in designing integration schemes with external services, Experience with DBMS, Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0, Postman, Knowledge of BPMN, REST, SOAP, Experience integrating with government agencies is a plus
- Knowledge of requirement types and their hierarchy, requirement lifecycle, requirements management process;
- Understanding of requirement quality attributes, methods and techniques for identifying and describing requirements (user story, cjm, etc.);
Understanding of the software quality model;
- Knowledge of requirement documentation and modeling approaches;
- Knowledge of specifics of working with requirements in agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Knowledge of process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, EPC or any other);
- Work experience from 2 years as an analyst in IT or business analysis;
- Experience using collaborative work systems (JIRA, Confluence are welcome);
- Experience in gathering and formalizing customer requirements;
- Experience in writing technical specifications for software development and web services;
- Experience in developing systems with integrations or system components in Enterprise architecture;
- Experience in preparing documentation for users;
- Understanding of banking business processes is welcome;
- Knowledge of one of the modeling tools (Sparx EA, Visual-paradigm, Archi, etc.) is welcome;
- Basic expertise in the following areas:
- Basic Soft Skills of an analyst (communication skills, critical and systemic thinking, teamwork);
- Understanding of software lifecycle models: waterfall, iterative, spiral;
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development principles (Agile/Lean - XP, Scrum, Kanban, OpenUP);
- Understanding of the quality control process, functional testing process (test scenarios, execution of test scenarios);
- SQL (ability to write queries with grouping and joining, calculated fields in queries);
- Ability to plan work, set tasks, accept results, achieve goals on time and with the required quality.
