🟡About the project
We are developing digital services in the investment and brokerage sector. We are looking for a system analyst who will help us design complex integration solutions, build service architecture, and ensure quality communication between business and the development team.
🔹** Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews with business stakeholders, identify and formalize requirements for new features and improvements.
- Participate in solution architecture design with the architect: select approaches, assess risks, document solutions.
- Prepare high-quality artifacts for development: functional requirements (FR), technical specifications (TS), system requirements specifications.
- Assign tasks to developers: describe service logic, database structure, integration contracts.
- Control work execution stages, participate in planning and tracking deadlines.
- Conduct functional testing of improvements with QA: check compliance with requirements, validate integrations.
- Coordinate finalized solutions with stakeholders, architects, and team leads, ensuring transparency and quality of the result.
❗️Mandatory Requirements
- System analysis experience of 3.5+ years in commercial development (proven by projects).
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (willingness to demonstrate at the interview: SELECT, JOIN, filtering, aggregation).
- Skill to clearly formulate thoughts in writing and verbally: documentation, presentations, communication with stakeholders and team.
- Knowledge of basic modeling notations: BPMN, UML (Use Case, Sequence, Activity, Class).
- Experience in preparing artifacts for development: FR / TS / system requirements / API specifications.
- Practical experience in integration projects: REST, SOAP, Kafka (or analogs: RabbitMQ), file transfers.
- Ability and experience in functional testing of service and database improvements (logic check, data validation, scenario testing).
- Proactive attitude: not afraid to suggest improvements, initiate changes, and take responsibility.
- Developed soft skills: readiness for constant communication with different teams, ability to find compromises and move common goals forward.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in the banking sector, brokerage or investment companies.
- Understanding of investment business fundamentals: asset types, transactions, portfolios, reporting.
- Knowledge of additional tools: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Confluence/Jira, Camunda, ERD modeling.
- Experience with microservice architecture and event-driven approaches.
