🏦Selecti company is looking for a System Analyst for a banking project in the State Organ Systems and Corporate Solutions Development Department.

Income: 450,000 – 490,000 RUB gross (before taxes) Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Apply @ivmargarita Work format: remote, with the option to come to the office if desired.

Tasks ✔️Integration design: ✔️Collection, analysis, and formalization of requirements from internal customers, communication with adjacent teams. ✔️Design of data exchange architecture between the bank's IS and government services (SMEV 3/4, ESIA). ✔️Business process (BPMN/UML) and system interaction modeling. ✔️Data handling and mapping: ✔️Verification of vendor documentation and data mapping with the regulated formats of state services (XML/XSD for SMEV 3, JSON for ESIA and SMEV 4). ✔️XSD schema validation, writing XSLT transformations (if necessary). ✔️Description of API contracts (REST/SOAP) for interaction with TrustGate and SMEV4 Agent.

✔️Support and monitoring: Participation in resolving third-line support incidents: log analysis, working with databases (SQL) for error diagnostics. ✔️Testing support: verification of correct integration with gateways, data validation. ✔️Monitoring of changes in legislation and orders of the Ministry of Digital Development concerning ESIA and SMEV. ✔️Consulting developers and analysts of adjacent systems on the specifics of exchange protocols and cryptography when working with government services.

Requirements

• Integration experience: Real experience in implementing data exchange projects for financial organizations with Federal Executive Authorities and regulators through SMEV (3 and/or 4) and ESIA. • Knowledge of standards: • Deep understanding of SMEV 3 architecture (SOAP, XML, types of information, UCEP) and SMEV 4 (REST, JSON, Data Warehouses, regulated requests). • Knowledge of ESIA API (Digital Profile, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect). • Data handling: Confident command of XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT. Ability to validate messages against schemas and describe mappings. • Cryptography and security: Understanding of cryptographic service provider (CSP) principles (CryptoPro CSP, ViPNet), knowledge of GOST algorithms for encryption and digital signatures (GOST R 34.10-2012). • Tools: Postman/SoapUI/Insomnia, SQL (writing complex queries), modeling tools (BPMN/UML). • Documentation: Skills in writing technical specifications, functional specifications, documentation. Soft Skills • Ability to communicate with business customers and translate their requirements into technical language. • Ability to explain complex technical aspects (protocols, cryptography) simply and clearly to non-technical specialists. • System thinking and attention to detail. Will be an advantage (Nice to have) • Experience with specific gateways: TrustGate and SMEV4 Agent. • Experience with log analytics (ELK Stack, Grafana) for integration monitoring. • Knowledge of FSTEC/FSB requirements for information security in the banking sector (GOST R 57580.2-2018). • Experience in an IT integrator, FinTech, or banking sector.
