🏦Selekti Company is looking for a system analyst for a banking project (an electronic trading platform for the B2B engineering and construction market).

Income: 250,000 – 307,200 RUB gross (before taxes) Registered employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Moscow (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Collecting, analyzing, and documenting the requirements of the Bank's business units for a new procurement automation system; Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to identify needs and pain points in current procurement processes; Developing and coordinating the conceptual solution model, functional and non-functional system requirements; Designing the system architecture and design in collaboration with technical specialists (architects, developers); Preparing technical specifications, user stories, business process diagrams (AS-IS, TO-BE), and interface prototypes; Participating in the estimation of labor costs and timelines for functionality implementation, decomposing tasks for the development team; Interacting with the business customer at all stages of the project, presenting and defending proposed solutions; Actively participating in the development process – testing, acceptance of functionality, user training; Supporting the system after its launch into industrial operation – collecting feedback and development suggestions.

Requirements: Experience in designing Rest API is mandatory. Higher technical, economic, or physical/mathematical education; At least 3 years of experience as a business/system analyst in corporate information system development projects; Experience in automating procurement processes and participating in tenders will be an advantage; Understanding of software development processes, project life cycles, and agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum); Skills in designing system architecture, databases, and integration interactions; Knowledge of UML, BPMN, ability to develop business process models, algorithms, and interfaces; Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns; Basic knowledge of Java, experience in writing technical specifications for Java development; Developed analytical and communication skills, ability to work with large volumes of information; Experience in preparing project and technical documentation, and presentation materials.
