Due to team expansion and project scaling, Centicore Group is looking for a Senior System Analyst for a large banking project.

Expectations:

• Real-world experience implementing data exchange projects between financial organizations and federal executive bodies and regulators via SMEV (3 and/or 4) and ESIA. • Deep understanding of SMEV 3 architecture (SOAP, XML, types of information, UCC) and SMEV 4 (REST, JSON, Data Marts, regulated requests). • Knowledge of ESIA API (Digital Profile, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect). • Confident command of XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT. Ability to validate messages against schemas and describe mappings. • Understanding of the principles of operation of cryptographic security tools (CryptoPro CSP, ViPNet), knowledge of GOST encryption algorithms and digital signatures (GOST R 34.10-2012). • Postman/SoapUI/Insomnia, SQL (writing complex queries), modeling tools (BPMN/UML). • Skills in writing Terms of Reference, functional specifications, documentation.

Will be an advantage (Nice to have): • Experience with specific gateways: TrustGate and SMEV4 Agent. • Experience with log analytics (ELK Stack, Grafana) for monitoring integrations. • Knowledge of FSTEC/FSB requirements for information security in the banking sector (GOST R 57580.2-2018). • Experience working in an IT integrator, FinTech, or banking sector.
