We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join the IDM platform development team. The project involves designing a high-load access management system, building a microservice architecture, and integrating with corporate services.

What we expect:

— over 5 years of experience as a system or business analyst; — experience participating in projects for the creation or development of IDM/IAM systems; — experience designing high-load systems from scratch; — experience managing large business processes; — willingness to make technical decisions and defend them with arguments; — experience decomposing business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements; — understanding of task division between analysts, development, and QA; — experience in estimating task complexity; — proficient in BPMN, UML, Use Case, User Story; — experience in prototyping interfaces in Figma.

Architecture and Integrations:

— deep understanding of microservice architecture; — knowledge of modern architectural and integration patterns; — experience designing REST API, SOAP, gRPC, and GraphQL; — understanding of the principles of operation of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other message brokers; — experience designing access control services and models.

Data Handling:

— experience designing complex ER models; — understanding of the choice between SQL and NoSQL solutions; — solid knowledge of SQL; — understanding of the principles of index operation, query optimization, and data sharding.

Security:

— understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT; — knowledge of basic principles of encryption and data protection; — experience designing secure integrations and access management services.

What you will be doing:

— collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements; — designing microservices and integration interactions; — developing functional and non-functional requirements; — modeling business processes and architectural solutions; — designing data models and APIs; — interacting with architects, developers, and the QA team; — participating in the development of the corporate IDM platform.
