Senior System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst who can independently handle large tasks – from analyzing business needs to handing over the solution to development. You will be involved in designing the interaction of microservices, APIs, and user scenarios, participating in architectural discussions, and working closely with development teams.

What we expect:

— at least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst; — experience in insurance and claims settlement; — practical experience with microservice architecture; — experience in designing REST APIs and preparing specifications in OpenAPI/Swagger format; — experience in designing event models and integrations via Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers; — experience in preparing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, ER diagrams; — proficient in UML and BPMN; — experience with frontend tasks: interaction with designers, working in Figma, describing user scenarios and backend integrations; — skills in research, analysis, decomposition, and task estimation; — experience with Jira and Confluence; — ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, architects, and developers.

What you will be doing:

— identifying and analyzing business needs for new product development and existing product evolution; — formalizing requirements for changes to existing microservices and participating in the design of new ones; — developing architectural solutions in collaboration with architects; — analyzing and optimizing business processes and information flows; — designing user scenarios and service interactions; — preparing project documentation: Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, ERDs, API specifications.

Will be a plus:

— understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles; — experience with architectural patterns like BFF, Saga, Orchestration, Choreography, API Gateway; — understanding of service interactions in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
