🚀Vacancy: System Analyst 📍Location: RF, remote 📄Employment type: Sole Proprietor / Civil Law Contract Salary: up to 150 thousand rubles (before tax deduction)

We are looking for a System Analyst for a pre-offer (!) format.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst. • Experience as a System Analyst in banking/fintech. • Experience in projects with a microservice architecture. • Ability to write end-to-end system scenarios with error description and recovery. • Ability to formulate acceptance criteria such that task readiness can be unambiguously verified by them. • Experience in decomposing epics into sprint-sized tasks with clear dependencies. • Deep understanding of REST API, message queues (Kafka), CI/CD (GitLab CI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Confident work with Jira and Confluence. • Experience in process visualization: PlantUML, Mermaid, draw.io, BPMN. • Ability to write clearly for two audiences: developers (accuracy, formality) and project/line managers (readability, business context).

Desirable requirements: • Experience in platform projects (internal development platforms, developer platform — Backstage and similar). • Understanding of GitOps models for promoting releases between environments. • Understanding of access control systems: RBAC, ABAC, Keycloak / OpenID Connect. • Experience working in tandem with an architect. • Experience coordinating UX scenarios with designers. • Knowledge of BPMN and experience in describing processes for integration with BPM systems (BPMSoft and similar). • Understanding of monitoring principles, SLA / SLO.
