We are looking for strong Systems Analysts for teams building an investment platform for legal entities at the largest bank in the Russian Federation. This is a large-scale product that automates the entire lifecycle of investment transactions — from search to servicing and reporting.

The project involves working with a high-load microservice architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Istio) and offers the opportunity to directly influence the development of the investment industry.

✔️Responsibilities

Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements; Designing data models (down to attribute level); Designing user processes and UX logic; Describing integrations between services (REST, Kafka); Developing technical documentation (Confluence, UML, BPMN, Sequence diagrams); Participating in architecture design together with developers and architects; Working with APIs (OpenAPI / AsyncAPI); Interacting with development, testing, and client teams; Participating in the development and implementation of solutions into production.

🔼Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst (fintech / complex IT systems); Experience in database design (PostgreSQL); Experience in describing integrations and inter-service interactions; Proficient knowledge of REST, Kafka (producer/consumer, topics, partitions); SQL knowledge (query writing level); Experience with BPMN, UML, PlantUML / Draw.io; Understanding of HTTP(S), WebSocket; Experience with Jira, Confluence; Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall / DevOps environments;
