We are looking for a manager for a project to automate the analytical module of a bank's unified restriction profile. You will need to independently develop requirements and solutions, coordinate analysts and developers, and grow the team.
📊 Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements
- Business process modeling
- Developing solutions and integrations
- Forming DoR/DoD, estimating effort and risks
- Preparing test scenarios and functional testing
- Preparing software for commissioning
- Maintaining technical and user documentation
- Analyzing and fixing defects
- Coordinating analysts and developers
- Mentoring and developing system analysts
🥇Requirements:
- **5+ years of system analysis experience in banking/fintech
- Experience as a Lead/Analytics Manager
- Proficient in BPMN, UML
- Business process modeling
- Understanding of Agile/Waterfall, architectural and development patterns
- Knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous integrations and exchange protocols
- Proficient SQL: complex SELECT, JOIN, UNION, DDL, aggregate and window functions
- PostgreSQL, basic understanding of Kubernetes and Java
- Knowledge of information security basics: personal data, authentication/authorization, encryption, hashing
- Skills in functional testing and documentation preparation
- Systems thinking, proactivity, communication and mentoring skills
