Salary: 💳180,000–310,000 rubles net (Labor Code/IP)
Participation in the development of a new CBS from scratch for the bank's main client. The project includes a transitive architecture, high requirements for performance and fault tolerance, tight deadlines, and implementation within the Omni-channel platform. The implementation will provide unique experience and be a strong addition to your portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collection and analysis of business requirements, agreement and formalization of functional requirements;
- Preparation of project and technical documentation (ToR, PoR, FR, etc.);
- Design of data structures, processing algorithms, interfaces and UX schemes in collaboration with designers;
- Participation in system architecture design with the architect;
- Consulting developers and quality assurance specialists on understanding requirements;
- Coordination of development, testing, acceptance, and commissioning processes;
- Interaction with the client and development team for optimal implementation of enhancements;
- Participation in internal testing and acceptance of functionality.
Requirements
- Experience as an analyst in RKO products for legal entities (rubles/currency, postings, account correspondence, accounting in the accounting layer) - mandatory**❗️**
- Systems analysis experience: 3+ years
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
- Teamwork experience with Confluence, Jira;
- Skills in designing user interfaces and UX schemes;
- Understanding of client-server application architecture, banking systems, online banking;
- Understanding of REST architecture;
- Skills in graphical description of business processes and integrations (BPMN, UML);
- Ability to decompose complex tasks considering production release;
- Experience working with various initial requirements (ToR, client interviews, diagrams, etc.);
