Vacancy: Lead System Analyst (Core Banking / Plastic Cards) Company: Selecty (KA) Format: Remote from RF 📍 Employment: full-time Salary: 🪙250,000 – 300,000 ₽ net under Labor Code (higher for sole proprietorship)

The project is related to the development of the plastic cards module and the Unified Blocking Control Platform in the bank: management of limits, blocks, and restrictions, development of card products, and integration with internal banking systems.

🔥Your responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements • Develop BRD, FSD, technical specifications, and other project documentation • Design REST APIs and integration solutions • Model processes (BPMN, UML), design data models (ER) • Work with SQL (JOIN, UNION, query optimization) • Prepare test scenarios and participate in integration testing • Analyze defects and support solution implementation • Manage tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence

✅ Requirements:

• Higher education in technical, economic, mathematical, or IT fields • System analyst experience of 3+ years in a bank or IT company • Experience with Core Banking, ABS, or card products • Experience in preparing BRD, FSD, and technical documentation • Knowledge of BPMN, UML (Activity, Sequence), preferably PlantUML • Experience in designing REST APIs, understanding of SOA/ESB and integration interactions • Middle-level SQL skills • Experience with Jira and Confluence
