Project: development of the «A-Token (CFA)» platform — a solution for tokenization, accounting, and circulation of digital financial assets using blockchain technology, considering banking standards and the laws of the Russian Federation. The platform unites product and technology teams and is developed as a strategic direction for digital financial services.

⚡️ Responsibilities

Research new technologies and areas for inclusion in the platform development roadmap. Gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and agreeing on requirements with customers and stakeholders. Detailing requirements, preparing specifications for development. Developing project documentation: technical specifications, architectural solutions, project management instructions, user documentation. Developing and agreeing on integration mechanisms, forming IT requests for access. Describing processes for architectural representation and technological implementation according to banking standards. Participating in testing: monitoring compliance with business and functional requirements. User support and participation in the 3rd line of support (complex cases). Participating in product research and shaping development directions. Participating in the estimation and planning of tasks, considering priorities and alternative solutions. Expert assessment of acquired and developed IT products for compliance with the bank's architecture. Conducting technical interviews, participating in onboarding and mentoring analysts. Work according to Agile methodology.

✔️Requirements

3+ years of experience in systems analysis, including product development Experience with banking products and processes (internet banking, treasury, risk control, derivatives) Experience with digital financial assets and tokenization Independent management of product tasks Participation in onboarding or interviewing analysts Process modeling: BPMN, UML Integrations: understanding of REST, SOAP, XSD, ability to work with Postman Data design: ER models, SQL Security: distinguishing identification / authentication / authorization, encryption vs hashing DDL statement skill (CREATE / ALTER / DROP)
