We are looking for a Systems Analyst for a banking project to automate the process of forming applications for replenishing branches with foreign currency based on individual applications for currency purchase.
The project includes development and support of business-critical processes, requirement analysis, solution design, interaction with development teams, and support of functionality implementation.
📊 Responsibilities:
- Study existing system modules and the environment used
- Analyze business requirements and architectural solutions
- Determine the composition of new and modified system functions and modules
- Perform logical design of solutions
- Formalize requirements in accordance with the bank's internal standards
- Prepare development tasks and decompose requirements into tasks
- Determine the sequence of task implementation
- Document requirements and keep documentation up-to-date
- Prepare and update system regulations documentation
- Coordinate the implementation of changes
- Analyze production incidents and emergency situations
- Interact with technical stakeholders and analyze incoming requests
- Participate in discussions and development of architectural solutions
⭐️ Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in fintech/banking
- Product development experience
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements
- Experience in designing and documenting solutions
- Experience conducting technical interviews and onboarding analysts
- Experience building UML Activity and Sequence diagrams
- Experience modeling business processes in BPMN
- Knowledge of REST and experience designing REST APIs
- Experience analyzing REST services using Postman or similar tools
- Knowledge of XSD and ability to read XSD schemas
- Understanding of SOAP principles and experience analyzing SOAP services
- Experience designing data ER models
- Understanding of the differences between relational and non-relational databases
- Proficient in SQL: JOIN, UNION, aggregate functions, writing queries and scripts
- Experience analyzing and supporting high-load systems
