🎯 What you will be doing: — Technical leadership of an Agile team (full development and implementation cycle) — Architectural expertise of solutions, combating technical debt, increasing architectural maturity — Designing integration solutions, platform services, and microservices from scratch — Communication with business stakeholders (translating requirements into development language) — Researching and implementing new technologies (we actively integrate AI where it's effective)

🔧 Key technologies and tools: • Analysis and modeling: BPMN, UML, draw.io • Management: Jira, Confluence • Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL (reading queries/procedures) • Integration: Rabbit MQ, REST, JSON/XML • Environment: GitLab, .Net (reading code), GigaCode (desirable) • AI tools: mandatory use in work

✅ Who we are looking for (mandatory requirements):

• System Analyst experience of 3+ years + Technical Lead / IT Lead experience of 1+ year.
• Ability to clearly set tasks for developers (decomposition, writing ToR).
• Practical knowledge of data exchange principles (queues, message brokers).
• Successful experience in building/optimizing processes in Agile (Scrum).
• Understanding of relational DBMS and experience in designing logical data models.
• Experience using AI in work (mandatory!).

➕ Will be a plus: — Knowledge of BPMN/UML — Experience working in an investment company / fintech
