🔹Company: a market leader in retail collective investments in commercial real estate. 🔹Product: a system for automating the processes of purchasing investment products and client servicing.

🔹Tech stack: JIRA; Confluence; draw.io; PostgreSQL/MS SQL (reading queries/stored procedures); JSON/XML/XSLT; Rabbit.MQ; GigaCode; .Net (reading code); GitLab.

🔹Responsibilities: — Technical leadership of an Agile team; — Technical and architectural expertise for solutions proposed by the team; — Communication with internal and external development teams and the customer at all stages of task implementation; — Participation in the full cycle of development and implementation of new and existing products; — Gathering, analyzing, and describing business customer requirements; — Researching existing solutions; — Designing complex integration, platform solutions, and services; — Setting tasks for business process automation; — Developing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation; — Implementing and supporting developed solutions.

🔹Requirements: — 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst, 1+ year of experience as a Lead Analyst; — 1+ year of experience in fintech projects; — Experience in analyzing customer requirements and describing processes; — Ability to clearly set tasks for developers (writing specifications, decomposing tasks); — Knowledge of the main principles of REST/Web services, message queues (RabbitMQ), XML/JSON; — Understanding of relational DBMS design principles, experience in designing logical data models; — Experience working in a scrum team; — Experience using AI in work; — Experience in designing and describing integration interactions, platform solutions, services, and microservices from scratch; — Successful experience in building and optimizing the production process in Agile teams;

➕Will be a plus: — Knowledge of BPMN/UML; — Knowledge of investment company processes.
