We are a development team for digital banking services for one of the TOP-10 systemically important banks in Russia. We are developing a settlement and cash service (RKO) platform for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs: from opening accounts to complex payment scenarios and integrations with external systems.

✅ Responsibilities Collection, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements from customers and stakeholders Approval and formalization of functional requirements for enhancements: User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria Preparation of technical documentation: Technical Specification, Design Document, Functional Specification, API specifications, architectural decisions (ADR) Design of data structures, mappings, data processing and validation algorithms Participation in system architecture design together with the Solution/Enterprise Architect Consultation for developers and QA engineers on subject matter logic and requirements Coordination of the development, testing, acceptance, and deployment process of functionality Interaction with the customer and development team to achieve optimal implementation of enhancements Participation in internal testing: verification of requirements coverage, acceptance of functionality Participation in system interface design together with UX/UI designers Tasking developers and designers in Jira, accepting results, quality control

✅ Requirements • Age 30+ (due to the specifics of working with financial data and regulator requirements) • 3+ years of experience in business analysis in the RKO domain: account opening/closing, payment orders, statements, collection, letters of credit, client onboarding for legal entities/individual entrepreneurs • 3+ years of experience in system analysis: requirement formalization, integration design, working with Technical Specifications/Functional Specifications, participation in the full development cycle • Last commercial project lasting 1.5+ years with the following characteristics: o Developed multi-layered microservice architecture (10+ services) o High transactional load (from 3–5k RPS at input) o Low latency for critical operations (<300 ms) o Large data volume in the database (from 10+ million records, sharding/partitioning) • 1.5+ years of experience in a company from the TOP-10 of the "Finance" or "Telecom" sectors (according to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation / Expert RA rating)

❗️Technical Skills • Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, participation in sprint planning, grooming, demos • Experience with Jira, Confluence: backlog management, epic decomposition, solution documentation • Skills in designing user interfaces and UX scenarios (experience with Figma, coordinating mockups with designers) • Understanding of client-server application architecture, banking systems, including E-banking (internet banking, mobile banking, client APIs) • Deep understanding of REST architecture principles, experience describing contracts in OpenAPI/Swagger • Graphical modeling skills: BPMN 2.0, UML (Sequence, Use Case, Activity, State Machine) — for describing business processes and integration interactions • Ability to decompose complex tasks considering production releases: splitting into atomic features, risk assessment, migration plan • Experience with diverse sources of requirements: Technical Specifications, customer interviews, process diagrams, legacy documentation • Strong communication skills: ability to argue and present technical solutions to business and development, objection handling

Will be an advantage • Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ (event-driven architecture, idempotency, DLQ) • SQL knowledge for writing complex queries for data analysis and migration validation • Understanding of CI/CD principles, experience interacting with DevOps teams • Knowledge of financial integration standards: ISO 20022, GOST 34/19 • Experience mentoring junior analysts
