We are currently looking for an experienced System Analyst who is interested in delving into the depths of business processes, designing complex solutions, and influencing the digital transformation of top banks.

Tasks to be addressed:

• Analyze, systematize, and collect requirements from business stakeholders;
• Develop functional requirements, technical specifications, and project documentation;
• Model business processes (UML: activity, sequence; BPMN);
• Design microservice architecture, prepare system architecture artifacts;
• Describe integration interactions (REST, SOAP, asynchronous message brokers);
• Calculate API and service load based on business inputs;
• Interact with the development team, testers, and stakeholders;
• Assist in onboarding new employees.

What we expect:

• At least 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst (web/mobile applications);
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman/SOAP UI, Git;
• Experience with microservice architecture;
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall);
• Skills in collecting and analyzing requirements, designing solution architecture;
• Ability to describe integrations (REST, SOAP, message brokers);
• Proficiency in UML (activity, sequence), BPMN notations;
• Experience with SQL (JOIN, UNION), understanding of relational databases;
• Ability to create technical specifications, technical documentation, API contracts.
