System Analyst

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior system analyst to work on a flagship corporate fintech project.

What you will be doing:

• Engage in only system analysis!
• Work in a product scrum team
• Model business processes and scenarios
• Design systems and integrations
• Design databases
• Manage requirements, set and support development tasks
• Participate in daily meetings, planning sessions, demos, communicate with people (you heard correctly)

Our expectations:

• Experience in system analysis for 3+ years on corporate projects
• Experience in scrum (or near-scrum) teams
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Desire to immerse yourself in complex processes and modern solutions

You need to know: BPMN, REST API, Kafka, ERD, SQL, Sequence Diagram, orchestration and choreography.

Will be a huge plus:

• Camunda, ArchiMate, GraphQL, CJM, S&T diagram. Do you know about DDD? Excellent!

• Experience with banking products, experience in fintech (we will appreciate if you indicate what experience you had)

• Understanding of credit products / ABS / Banking back office

• Proficiency in Excel

• Desire to grow into Architecture, or experience as an Architect
