🔖 What we expect from the candidate:

▫️ Develop and maintain project documentation: TOR, functional requirements, specifications ▫️ Participate in the development and optimization of banking business processes ▫️ Closely interact with the development team, QA, and business customers ▫️ Work in tandem with the team through JIRA and Confluence

🔎 We are looking for a candidate who has:

▫️ Experience in systems analysis from 2.5 years ▫️ Experience in writing technical documentation (functional requirements, business requirements, and technical specifications for development) ▫️ Understanding and experience with REST/SOAP API, knowledge of XML/JSON formats ▫️ Basic SQL level (ability to write SELECT with JOIN, work with subqueries) ▫️ Understanding of modeling notations (BPMN, UML) in practice ▫️ Understanding of banking business processes ▫️ Experience working with JIRA and Confluence

💡 What will be a serious advantage:

▫️ Experience specifically in the banking/fintech environment (cards, payments, loans, scoring) ▫️ Skills in working with BI systems or data analytics ▫️ Ability to clearly decompose tasks and convey ideas to different audiences
