The team is developing the bank's core system (ABS, core Zebee) and Faster Payments System (FPS) processes (individuals / legal entities), including backend solutions and FPS Acquiring. The role involves deep work with core banking, integrations, and banking data.

✅Tasks

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Designing and elaborating FPS processes. Developing technical specifications, managing system changes. Configuring and refining the business context of system solutions. Interacting with the internet banking, back-office, risk control systems, and treasury teams. Supporting integration processes: APIs, message queues, enterprise applications. Creating UML, BPMN, and architectural diagrams to describe solutions.

⚡️Mandatory Requirements

Systems analyst experience of 3+ years (fintech). Practical experience with core banking / ABS. Mandatory experience with FPS (individuals / legal entities): Designing backend solutions for FPS; Understanding of the chart of accounts; Experience in a SCRUM team, understanding of Agile approaches. Ability to communicate with non-technical users and defend solutions with arguments. Knowledge of data exchange formats JSON, XML. SQL Practical experience with web services / APIs / integrations / message queues. Experience creating UML diagrams. Basic skills in reading and understanding any programming language. Experience with requirements documentation systems and task trackers.
