Vacancy:** System Analyst (RKO and RegBiz in Delivery)** Company: Selecty (KA) Format: **remote from RF 📍 Employment: full-time Salary:💰350,000 - 400,000 net per TC **(higher for sole proprietor)

The team is focused on developing and optimizing the delivery processes of banking products for small and medium-sized business clients. The project aims to increase the efficiency of the client journey, automate internal processes, develop integrations between bank systems, and improve the user experience at all stages of RKO service provision.

☄️ Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements • Develop and optimize business processes • Design solutions and support their implementation • Participate in selecting integration approaches for various system interaction scenarios • Prepare and maintain project documentation • Describe architectural and integration solutions • Create UML and BPMN diagrams • Interact with developers, architects, and business stakeholders • Conduct technical interviews and participate in onboarding analysts • Participate in the development of the team's analytical practice

⚡️Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in a bank/fintech company • Product development experience • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements • Experience in designing and documenting solutions • Experience conducting technical interviews and onboarding system analysts • Understanding of corporate system architecture and integration interactions • Ability to reasonably choose the type of integration for a specific task • Knowledge of UML and BPMN • Proficient in SQL • Understanding of database construction and selection principles (relational/non-relational, OLTP/OLAP) • Understanding of data security issues and methods of their protection
