We are looking for a Systems Analyst for a startup within a bank — a partner program cabinet. The team develops services from scratch and refines existing solutions in a high-load microservice architecture.

On the front-end: — Partner Personal Account — Employee Account

On the back-end: — 50+ microservices — 20+ integrations with internal and external systems

📊 Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements Analyzing, formalizing, and managing software development requirements; Approving and verifying documentation (BT, FT, TZ); Preparing and maintaining documentation in Confluence, AsciiDOC + Git; Identifying technological risks for tasks; Designing data models (ERD), REST API, Kafka topics and messages; Writing SQL queries to PostgreSQL for data analysis; Analyzing bugs, finding the root cause, and proposing solutions; Decomposing large cross-team tasks; Assigning tasks to Front-end and Back-end developers; Participating in functional testing; Participating in solution architecture design; Developing integration services; Forming a product development vision together with the team.

⚡️Requirements

Systems Analyst experience from 3 years (fintech/banking); Experience with unstructured and changing requirements; Experience assigning tasks to Front-end and Back-end developers; Experience interacting with designers and Product Owners; Skills in independent relational database design REST API design experience Proficient in SQL: JOIN, LEFT JOIN, CTE, subqueries, aggregate functions, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE; Understanding of microservice architecture and integration interactions; Experience with Kafka; Knowledge of notations: ERD, PlantUML, Markdown, C4, draw.io;
