The Agile team « SPR KSBS.Business Potential» of the KIB Risks Technology Development Department is looking for a full-stack analyst to design and implement Sber's breakthrough product, which automates the corporate client lending process for large and medium-sized businesses. The product's uniqueness lies in the fact that with the help of a wide stack of modern technologies (~ 30+ banking systems), the client receives loan approval in minutes, instead of 3-4 weeks. The team is developing the «brain» of the credit process – an automated decision-making and credit risk assessment system.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Collection, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and system requirements for software (including integration interfaces)
- Coordination of requirements with all stakeholders
- Participation in task assignment, support of the development and testing process
- Conducting author's acceptance and demonstration of improvements
- Preparation of express estimates (effort/timeline) for analytics
- Participation in the development and adoption of architectural solutions
- Analysis of risks and causes of errors during system development
- Participation in the implementation of the product/product increment
Requirements
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in large IT projects as a full-stack analyst
- Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Practical experience in designing and testing REST APIs, including documentation via Postman and Swagger, as well as interaction via gRPC in a microservice architecture
- Development and description of integration schemes in distributed systems, including asynchronous interactions via Apache Kafka
- Experience in describing IT system data models (down to entity attributes)
- Advanced SQL knowledge (complex queries, subqueries, JOINs, etc.), understanding of relational DBMS principles
- Experience in writing documentation: functional requirements / business requirements / technical specifications for development
- Knowledge of software development principles, user interface design, application integration, understanding of microservice architecture principles
- Ability to anticipate business needs and propose ideas and effective solutions;
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile and/or DevOps and/or Scrum principles
- Experience in team development using Confluence and Jira software products
- Ability and desire to work with AI tools within the scope of work tasks
Will be a plus:
- Participation in research initiatives for the development of AI solutions
- Knowledge of file exchange organization principles (csv)
