📌 Requirements: • Experience as a system analyst for 3+ years, team technical lead or IT lead for 1+ year; • Experience in designing and describing integration interactions, platform solutions, services, and microservices from scratch; • Practical knowledge of data exchange principles through queues and message brokers; • Skills in effective communication with business customers, development teams, architect; • Successful experience in building and optimizing the production process in Agile teams; • Experience in analyzing customer requirements and describing processes; • Ability to clearly set tasks for developers (writing technical specifications, task decomposition); • Knowledge of the basic principles of REST/Web services, message queues (RabbitMQ), XML/JSON; • Understanding of the principles of building relational DBMS, experience in designing a logical data model; • Experience working in a scrum team; • Experience using AI in work; • Knowledge of BPMN/UML (desirable); • Knowledge of investment company processes will be an additional advantage.
