NEOLANT Group of Companies (NEOLANT GC) is a company engaged in the development and implementation of its own IT engineering solutions and systems for enterprises in the nuclear, mining, fuel and energy complex, and other industries in the Russian Federation and other countries, included in the Register of Accredited IT Companies of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation. We are looking for a specialist for the System Analyst position, Middle/Senior qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of IT infrastructure and business processes;
- Participation in product architecture design;
- Building necessary models, scenarios, prototypes;
- Development of functional and business requirements for the information system;
- Development of technical documentation: ST, TT, TP (GOST 34, 19, etc.);
- Interaction with the functional customer (internal and external);
- Participation in testing, acceptance, and implementation of software;
- Coordination of the development schedule.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a system analyst;
- Excellent command of the Russian language (literacy, oral and written communication);
- Analytical mindset;
- Technical background;
- Knowledge and understanding of software development principles;
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of modern IT system architecture construction;
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience in implementing basic IT system integration methods;
- Ability to read and build models, describe work scenarios, knowledge of UML, BPMN;
- Understanding and ability to describe User Stories and Use Cases;
- Understanding of REST;
- Knowledge of UI construction principles;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to conduct technical negotiations;
- Residence in Russia;
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of subject areas: document management, design, operation, repair of large industrial facilities;
- Understanding of the technical aspects of information system implementation: databases, information security, client-server applications;
- Experience in designing information system architecture;
- Experience in software development as part of a development team;
- Experience in developing requirements of various levels;
- Experience with task trackers: Atlassian Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps, etc.;
- Business modeling experience.
