Employment: under an agreement with an individual entrepreneur (you must have IE status)
Salary range: from 150k rubles to 235k before VAT (hourly payment)
Mandatory requirements (must be reflected in the resume):
- At least 5 years of experience as a BPMSoft Analyst;
- Confident command of UML and BPMN notations, ability to create complex diagrams;
- Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and experience in building automated processes using BPMSoft Low-Code tools;
- Deep skills in working with BPMSoft Constructor;
- Deep skills in administering the BPMSoft platform;
- Experience in building and developing product data models;
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles and message queue operation (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Deep knowledge of SQL (ability to write complex queries, subqueries, work with aggregate functions);
- API skills: ability to describe them in Swagger/OpenAPI, understanding of REST and SOAP principles;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira, Confluence tools;
- Knowledge and experience in building data integration flows;
- Experience in preparing integration mapping tables;
- Ability to work in Draw.io;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical mindset, inclination to structure and systematize information;
- High personal responsibility for the results of decisions made;
- Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data and draw reasoned conclusions;
- English language proficiency sufficient for reading and creating technical documentation;
- Higher technical education (preferably in IT).
Tasks:
- Analysis and decomposition of business requirements with documentation in Use Case and User Story format for subsequent transfer to development;
- Development of integration mapping tables;
- Design and description of triggers for process automation within BPMSoft products and services;
- Design of solutions for products and services, considering standardization principles and component reusability;
- Administration of products and services on the BPMSoft platform;
- Implementation of automated processes using BPMSoft Constructor;
- Maintenance and updating of project technical documentation in accordance with corporate standards;
- Ensuring compliance with the company's information security requirements;
- Formulation of business requirements acceptance criteria (Acceptance Criteria);
- Proposing and verifying working hypotheses;
- Organization and conduct of functional testing, preparation of reports and analysis of results;
- Participation in the preparation and conduct of product or service demonstrations (including consulting support).
