Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis of business user needs, organizing workshops, formalizing requirements.
• Communication and interaction with development teams (backend, frontend, QA), architects, and owners of adjacent systems.
• Business process reengineering and modeling in BPMN 2.0 notation.
• Participation in architecture design: decomposition of processes into services, development of API contracts (Swagger), design of data schemas and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Message Queue).
• Development of specifications for teams (User Story, Use Case, Sequence diagrams, C4).
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation in Confluence.
• Participation in acceptance testing and validation of implemented functionality.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• At least 4 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in UML, BPMN notations, knowledge of C4.
• Experience in designing logical data models, writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of microservice architecture (MSA) principles, integration technologies (REST, GraphQL, message brokers).
• Practical experience with APIs (reading/writing OpenAPI specifications, understanding JSON/XML, HTTP).
• Critically important soft skills: proactivity, systemic thinking, responsibility for decisions, ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry

Will be a significant advantage

• Experience in developing or modifying CRM systems.
• Experience with BPM platforms (Elma 365, Camunda, Appian or similar required).
• Understanding of the internal architecture of ELMA 365.
• Experience in the B2B sales segment.
• Understanding of how to work with MongoDB.
• Basic knowledge in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization).
